MOST TREASURED ITEMS YOU OWN?
Candle Holders by A History of Frogs, from Marta, Katana Stool by Shun Kinoshita, and Zsuzsi Ujj’s Mirror on the Wall (Tükör a Falon), 1986-1987, from Danziger Gallery

WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT WHAT YOU DO?
What I love most about architecture and design is the forever learning process. I will
never have it all figured out, and there will always be a new challenge or opportunity
for innovation during each and every project.

WHAT CHARACTERISTICS DO YOU LOOK FOR IN GOOD DESIGN?
Authenticity and sincerity.

WHAT WAS THE FIRST PIECE YOU INVESTED IN AND THE LAST THING YOU'VE ADDED TO YOUR COLLECTION?
The first piece I invested in was a Bjarne Melgaard drawing, after we worked with
the artist on an exhibition to debut his eponymous clothing line during New York
Fashion Week. The latest thing I’ve invested in is an armchair by one of my favorite
designers, Carlo Bugatti.

DREAM DESIGN COLLABORATION?
I’ve always been fascinated by the idea of working with one of the major European
boat manufacturers to design a sailing yacht - I love the idea of applying my
architectural experience to an object designed for mobility.
